Even so if as you say most of their employee base is of the technical type than how do you explain the massive problems reported over at the Arturia forums that STILL haven't been fixed? At the same time that could explain the common answer gotten on their forums of 'we didn't think that was important but we'll see if enough people want it we may put it back in'.Ĭouple of months back I posted about the B3 horror of an emulation was lacking bass pedals and got an answer back from them saying it would be in an upcoming update. When you say 'domestically' I assume you're talking about US domestic right? Because they're headquartered in Grenoble France and that's where most of the forum moderation comes out of. I've always found that putting in a ticket (with patience expected) is still the best method of getting your question answered. Forum moderating is low on the priority list in comparison. I've done beta testing for them, and during the course of my interactions with them, I found that they're a reasonably small company domestically, about 26 employees, including reception/admin, so most of their employee base is the "labcoat" type who aren't "consumer facing", and they have a very limited amount of customer service representatives, hence the delay in any email interaction. Hopefully you get an answer in a timely manner as those forums don't get a lot of traffic. In browsing the Arturia forums I see you already asked there. Once I know those answers I can ask over on the Arturia forums (member there). That's why I'm asking the questions I'm asking. So any changes you make to that synth are stored as part of that synth's ecosystem and not analog lab 2. Remember that I'm on a Mac.Īre you asking about where multi's created in analog lab 2 are stored, the individual synths such as the Moog Mini or both? In the Arturia world if you're working in Analog Lab 2 and want to edit a synth patch you have to have that synth as an individual product which you already have if you have VC5. I'm assuming here that you're using the new V Collection 5 and not the older V Collection 4 if you're using VC4 let me know and I'll see what I can find. Arturia changed a whole bunch of stuff from the old system they used to go to the new unified patch browser so even with the original V Collection 4 synths anything I find won't work for you. Unfortunately I only have the demo V Collection 5 and as part of the demo restrictions I can't do saves. Just can't figure it out for Arturia yet.ĭid you save your custom presets using Arturia's save system or PT's? If Arturia's try saving one and see what pops up for a folder to save them in - that should give you a clue as to where to look. I've been able to do the same process with SampleTank 3 and Xpand 2 with no problems. Problem is, I'm not sure where to navigate to on my hard drive to locate the favorite sounds I saved. However I have a second PT rig at home and I'm trying to transfer my Arturia favorites bank to my second rig. Everything works fine and is easy to navigate to my favorite sounds within PT. I went through the sounds and created custom preset banks with the sounds I liked the most. I purchased the Arturua V Collection that I am using with my newly upgraded PT 12 system on a Mac.
